    BlackRock’s USD Institutional Digital Liquidity Fund (BUIDL) has deepened its place inside the digital asset house as Frax Finance accepted it as collateral for its soon-to-be-launched frxUSD stablecoin, in accordance with a Jan. 2 statement.

    “frxUSD combines the transparency and programmability of blockchain know-how with the belief and stability of BlackRock’s prime treasury choices.”

    With this partnership, BUIDL will operate as a major reserve asset, backing the minting and redemption of frxUSD. The stablecoin will likely be supported by belongings managed inside BlackRock’s BUIDL, together with money holdings, US Treasury payments, and repurchase agreements.
