A new feature became available in the Phantom crypto wallet on December 12, which allows users to access and trade tokenized event contracts within the app through a partnership with a licensed provider.
According to a press release, this feature connects wallet holders directly to regulated event markets from their accounts.
With this update, users can browse trending subjects such as politics, global economics, sports, and cultural events and make trades without leaving the wallet.

Live odds are displayed instantly in the interface, and notifications appear when an event resolves or settles. The process uses a platform under CFTC oversight to support regulatory compliance.
The integration allows participation using Solana
tokens or a stablecoin supported in the Phantom wallet, which eliminates the need to set up separate accounts or transfer funds elsewhere.
Additionally, every prediction market includes a chat area, so users can watch discussions, share viewpoints, and track how outcomes and community mood evolve in real time.
According to Phantom CEO Brandon Millman, these markets are part of an effort to consolidate multiple financial tools into a single wallet, alongside services such as swaps and futures trading.
This approach aims to give users one place to manage both standard digital asset trading and event-related financial activities.
